THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY. REST ASSURED, WE AIM TO PLEASE AND WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT YOUR TIMELY RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OF UNWORN, UNWASHED & UNDAMAGED PRODUCT. BELOW ARE THE GUIDELINES.

  • EXCHANGED MERCHANDISE NEED TO INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, TAGS AND BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS RECEIVED.
  • YOU HAVE 5 DAYS TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

  • IF YOU BELIEVE AN ITEM YOU'VE PURCHASED IS FAULTY, HEAD TO OUR CONTACT PAGE AND MESSAGE US 'RETURN REQUEST'. LET US KNOW AS MANY DETAILS AS YOU CAN ABOUT THE FAULT. WE WILL THEN REQUEST IMAGES OF THE FAULT BEFORE PROVIDING YOU WITH AN OUTCOME. 

 

TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@VISHNYCITY.COM AND REFERENCE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE WORDS “EXCHANGE REQUEST” IN THE SUBJECT LINE. WE WILL REPLY WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS WITH FUTURE INSTRUCTIONS WITH A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM(S) FOR AN EXCHANGE UNLESS THE ITEM(S) WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED.

 

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • PRODUCTS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZED RMA#
  • PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTIONAL SALE PERIOD OR ON MARKDOWN/FINAL SALE
  • PRODUCTS RECEIVED IN A CONDITION OTHER THAN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION
  • PRODUCTS WITHOUT THEIR TAGS ATTACHED
  • PRODUCTS THAT APPEAR WORN OR SMELL OF PERFUME, DEODORANT OR TAN
  • PRODUCTS THAT ARE MARKED OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY

OUR EXCHANGE DEPARTMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AN EXCHANGE IF A RETURNED ITEM DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS. IN THIS INSTANCE, THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO THE ADDRESS ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER.
